Payrolling
Payroll is the outsourcing of your legal employment to a payroll organisation.
If you choose to outsource your legal employment to Indigo Services, this means that we immediately take over all employment law risks. This means that we will take over administrative activities such as employment contracts, salary payments and insurance in case of incapacity for work, annual statements, dismissal procedures, salary administration and the processing of changes to collective labour agreements and legislation.
As the client, you will continue to determine the most important core tasks yourself. These include the recruitment and selection of new employees, the amount of the gross salary, conducting the performance and assessment interviews and other matters that are important for the internal policy of your organization and employees.
Benefits?
- You will know in advance what the personnel costs for your organisation will be, so that you can take this into account in your calculations.
- You pay a fixed rate and receive one invoice periodically. This gives you a very accurate insight into your total salary and personnel costs.
- You will no longer receive invoices and/or declarations from bodies such as the UWV, the tax authorities, various pension and related insurances, the occupational health and safety service, sickness insurance and accountants (with regard to salary and personnel administration).
- Your financial administration becomes less and much more transparent. As a result, you can immediately realise considerable cost savings.
- In fact, not much changes for your employees, except that they can rely on a professional service provider in the field of personnel and organisation.
- Indigo Services biedt payroll aan op 2 verschillende manieren, namelijk Payroll variabel uren en Payroll vaste uren.
Payroll 'variable hours'
In the case of variable hours employment, Indigo Services offers the employee an agency contract without an 'agency clause'. This means that the end of the assignment does not automatically mean the end of the contract between the payroll employee and Indigo Services. We pay the hours agreed with the payroll employee on a weekly basis. You only owe the commissioning rate for the hours worked and for brief absence and special leave. If the employee was unable to work due to a public holiday, holiday, illness or (long-term) disability, you will not owe the client rate for the hours not worked.
The advantages of being an employer of variable hours
- The flexible deployment of the employee. Do you have more work one week than another? We will be happy to advise you on the agreements you can make with the employee in this regard.
- Indigo Services bears the risk of illness. We guide the employee during sick leave and take care of the payment of the sick employee.
- Indigo Services takes care of the remuneration. The employee declares the hours digitally every week.
- You only pay for the actual hours worked and do not receive any invoices for holidays or sick days charged to the employee.
Payroll 'fixed hours'
In the case of fixed hours employment, Indigo Services provides the employee with an employment contract containing a predetermined number of hours per week (fixed hours). We pay the hours agreed with the employee once every four weeks and invoice them to you. You owe the client rate over all the hours agreed with the employee. This means not only the hours worked, but also the hours during which the payroll employee did not perform work due to illness, holidays, ADV (if applicable), short-term absenteeism, special leave and public holidays.
The advantages of being an employer of fixed hours:
- Indigo Services arranges the remuneration, including the reservation of holiday allowance.
- Indigo Services guides the employee through sick leave.
- You are invoiced for the same number of hours every four weeks and the employee receives the agreed salary every four weeks, also in case of leave and illness. In this respect, there is no difference with your own employees. Employees experience this as positive and therefore feel a bond with your organisation.
- Employing fixed hours has a lower conversion factor than other payroll solutions, because illness and leave are at your expense.
